The Ontario Health Data Platform (OHDP) is being built to benefit Ontarians. The platform will provide data access to researchers to better detect, plan and respond to the COVID-19 pandemic. This will be a collaborative effort by leading public sector organizations to accelerate research and analytics within Ontario. Learn more

The Virtual Research Environment (VRE) will provide Charité researchers and collaborators with a secure, GDPR-ready data platform for the storage, analysis and sharing of sensitive data across multiple research use cases. Indoc will deploy a customized instance of its Pilot technology with full integration with Charite IT infrastructure, high performance computing resources, and governance requirements. Learn more

Indoc introduces Brain-CODE, and describes how it enables integrative analyses, while also providing the opportunity to leverage existing clinical administrative data holdings through privacy preserving linkage with external data sets.

Ontario Brain Institute’s (OBI) neuroinformatics platform Brain-CODE with support from Indoc, offers open access to data for the first time. The high-resolution Magnetic Resonance (MR) imaging mouse model data will help researchers explore how autism affects the brain and accelerate the discovery process leading to better treatments and improved health impact.
